Learning to Lead Ourselves
A Personal Leadership Program
with Mindfulness and Enneagram tools
What is the Enneagram? The Enneagram, (pronounced ANY-a-gram) is a personality typing system that describes 9 personality patterns. Though ancient in origin, the Enneagram is rooted in modern day psychology and is a guide to recognize the strategies each of us have used to survive. The Enneagram gives us awareness of our behaviors based on how we think, how we feel, and how we relate to others. It is an amazing tool for understanding ourselves and for personal growth.
What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is a practice of being fully aware in the present moment without judgement.
How LLO integrates Enneagram and Mindfulness tools:
The Enneagram helps us to identify our personality habits and why they developed. With this awareness, we can choose to let go of habitual patterns that don’t serve us well.
Mindfulness helps us to recognize when we are using our habits, to pause and choose different responses when we are upset, to be clear about our feelings, and tune in to others.
What you can expect from LLO:
· Content experts as guest speakers
